So how did Oppo fair with the new rules? Did anybody even care? Have they even been revealed yet? Ether way , I have some bitchin' 4wheelers below, and their worth seeing. Also here’s a picture of me eating ice cream with a dog.
Not going to go into the details of my 3-week trip but I saw a lot of Land Cruisers, from 40 Series to 200.
(note: this is a 70 Series)
This is the most bitchin’ and badass Samurai you'll ever see. The owner (who I talked too) mainly uses it to go to the beach (which to be fair does manage to take you through some pretty rutted roads). However, between the over all beater vibe of it and the fact he used fiberglass (I think) to cover up all the rust, it looked like it had been from hell and back. Pictures don’t do it justice. Also, a star hood. What’s more badass then that?
I think you’ll know why I like this. Also from the quick look I got of it (I was rafting at the time), I think the RR was fully roll caged.
Anyway, probably not going to comment soon, mainly because I’ve got three weeks of racing to catch up with. Spoilers are a bitch, and I'm not going to be the guy who complains about them. Two things though:
1. Does anybody know where I could find a full video of the Hungarian GP? I know, tall task when Bernie has probably taken them all down.
2. I’m going to be working at the Baltimore GP! Don’t know what I’m going to do, and sadly they don’t have any on track jobs. Still, free paddock access! Anyway, I’m going to be there from August 30 (which is my birthday) to September 1 st , so if anybody is going, tell me!

Welcome back! I wish I could be at the Baltimore GP.
The new rules haven't been revealed yet, but there's a new Photography Kinja blog that VS and other mods have been authorizing people for, if you're interested.

I'm guessing the dog's name is something similar to Dangerous Beans. Maybe Chewy Mazda.

OMG. I am feeling so fricking old right now after seeing that pic.
The plus side is there is new/young blood coming in. (Yay, to that)
I guess, I should buy that casket. ('64 Comet) to bury me in.

I know. It does make me feel good to see young guys like you, with a knowledge and interest in/of cars, show me that the culture is not dead. Proud of you and glad to see you here.
More Power!!and also some brakes.

I remember when I was a youngin on here. I am not that old, 25, but this makes me feel old too. Good to have young people interested in cars though.

Hate to admit it. But I bought my first Hot Rod Magazine in 1964. You can do the math on that one.
But so glad to see the tradition continues. New generation, new cars, same spirit.

You got the Celica as your name suggest!? Sweet! How is it treating you? Have you done any four wheel drifts yet?

I feel the new RR is too big and blingy to properly off-road, even if it's probably more capable then the RRs that came before it. RR sport and LR4 seem more appropriate.

Yup, it's pretty nice, even though some asshat put cheap 17 inch wheels on it which I'm too poor to replace with anything other than another set of cheap 17 inch wheels...
Thanks to a pothole I destroyed one of the wheels that came with the car (passenger side rear, cracked and buckled like an egg while leaving the tire unharmed) and although I got a set of replacement wheels (using the same tires because I couldn't afford anything else) a few days ago I've already mildly buckled both of the passenger side wheels (no idea when the first one happened, but the second one happened yesterday when my mom was driving it and ran over a huge rock lying in the middle of the road). Thanks to that, I've got a slight front and rear wheel balance problem on the passenger side. Great, huh? The moment I can afford to dress the original 14 inch wheels I'm doing that... I'm sick and tired of this 17 inch crap.
